A soft enamel pin has raised metal edges, gives it texture, and is more affordable than a hard enamel pin. Due to their smoothness and shine, hard enamel pins require more time to make.
Hig Spec Finish
Often referred to as Cloisonne enamel, hard enamel is actually glass. The letters on your badge are first coated with glass powder. Each letter or design element is hand-applied (with a little water to make it easier to handle).
Pin Bade Sizes: The average size of an enamel badge is 20mm, however you can have any size you like.
Thickness: 1.5 -2mm
